EQUITHERAPIA IN BUENOS AIRES
Ariel wanted to move forward on the principle of therapy with animals by making it open to more children. For this he sought to remove fear, the most important blockage from children. It is by training dogs and particularly "Nano" that he manages to reach his goal.
The dog is a stimulant and allows a confidence approach with a smaller animal. Later, the leash, refers to the rope and brings the disabled person closer to the animal. This development of self-confidence will allow the individual to approach the horse, first to the rope then lying down and finally on it.
In Ariel's work, a large number of exercises are possible and each one is adapted according to the person. Each individual, among the 240, has his personalized follow-up with adapted exercises. Ariel trains 26 horses by classical methods such as tugging but also talking to them a lot and working the murmur, technique very developed in Argentina because Ariel is also "Susuradore".
